DETROIT, Mich. — Community Christian College Women's Basketball wrapped up its road matchup at Wayne County Community College on Tuesday evening, falling 93–44 in a contest controlled by the host Wildcats from the opening quarter.

The Lady Lions opened with 13 first-quarter points, led by early contributions from sophomore guard Dasia Croft, but Wayne County countered with a strong offensive surge to take a 24–13 lead after one. DC3 continued to battle in the second quarter behind steady play from Aniysia Lewis, but the Wildcats extended their advantage to 52–25 heading into halftime.

Community Christian's most productive stretch came in the third frame, where the Lions put up 15 points. Rylee Mott provided a major spark in that period.

Freshman forward Tices Spicer contributed four points and a rebound, and Shunyah Howard added three points and a steal off the bench. Chancia Williams also provided three points and two rebounds in limited minutes.

Despite a competitive stretch coming out of the break, the Lions were held to four points in the fourth quarter as Wayne County closed out the game.
