Bio

Kendall English joined the Community Christian College Men’s Basketball coaching staff in April 2023 serving as the Men’s Assistant Basketball Coach and Recruiting Coordinator, and was announced as the Head Coach on September 9th, 2024. On Monday, October 28th, he was announced as the Men's Track & Field Head Coach.
 

Prior to joining the Lions, he worked at Washtenaw Christian Academy from 2020-2023  where he served as an assistant coach for the varsity and head coach for the junior varsity basketball team. He inherited a  team that went winless the year before. In year one they posted a 16-4 record and won the SMAC conference title. In year two they posted a 17-3 record winning the SMAC conference title but also winning the MACS state championship. 

He served as the Head Coach and General Manager for the Michigan Roadrunners of the Maximum Basketball League which is a semi professional basketball league helping players build their resume to compete internationally and in higher paying leagues in the United States. 

 In the MBL English led the Michigan Roadrunners franchise to three winning seasons, including a national ranking as high as #4. During that time he helped send 20+ players Overseas, TBL and BSL.

 English, a summit academy graduate, played at the collegiate level at AIB College of Business and Midland University, both NAIA programs.
