Leading 53-24 at the break, Community Christian went on a 36-point run to pull further away.

Yahmarion Cole poured in 15 points in the second half as the Lions outscored the Wolfpack 79-19.

The Lions' 42-60 shooting on twos was a key factor in the game. DC3 controlled the paint, grabbing 51 rebounds. Shauntez Cain led the team with 14. DC3 Lions passed the ball well with 32 assists, DaiQuan Coach and Rasheed Spratling leading the team with 5 each. DC3's full court press forced 38 steals in the game. Coach led the team with nine steals.
