FINDLAY -- The Community Christian College Football team was defeated by Hocking College on Thursday, 44-24, in what was dubbed the Region 12 Championship by both sides.
CCC found themselves down 30-0 to start out, and kept fighting. They would score 24 points in the 2nd half to keep the game competitive, but ultimately fall short.
There were plenty of college coaches in attendance, surely meaning that some Lions will find a new home in addition to the ones who have already.
The Football team will conclude their season at home on November 23rd at Noon, taking on the #1 team in DIII, the College of DuPage. That game will take place at East English Village Prep High School.
