PEORIA, IL -- The Community Christian College Baseball team traveled to Illinois Central College on Friday and Saturday, falling to the Cougars with a combined score of 46-4.
Friday started off well, with the Lions leading by 1 going into the bottom of the 6th, before ICC cashed in on 9 runs.
The collapse continued, as CCC would get mercied in the three subsequent games that followed.
Community Christian begins their home schedule this Wednesday against Delta College, with the first pitch set to take place at 2pm at historic Bishop Park.
